Before: You fill out a short questionnaire and send me your Instagram profile, your portfolio and three videos you’re proud of.

90-minute 1:1 video call: We go through your Instagram (bio, highlights, grid, Reels), your portfolio (video selection, structure, pitch) and do an embodied review of your videos: your presence, your voice, your energy.

After: You’ll receive your personal action plan and a personal 5-minute voice note from me within [3 working days]. For the next 14 days, you can reach me by email with any questions.
